Does being broke and unable to afford one qualify me for the 7% the finds it too expensive?
I actually spoke to someone a while ago that believed you only wore one of you were 14 years old or under, when I asked him why he wasn't wearing one he told me he was too old for one...
I just backed away from him slowly and didn't make any sudden movements.
Great Poster. Can you tell me where you got it. I would like to have one to use here when I give my next cycling safety presentation at the agency I work in.
